Serving our community since 1989, our mission at the SVdP Ruskin Thrift Store is to extend compassion and support to those in need. When you visit us, you are not just donating items or shopping – you are – making a difference.
Among many services we provide are financial assistance, emergency housing, medical expenses, transportation, and essentials for individuals and families. Our store accepts vouchers from SVdP offices, allowing those in need to access clothing, household goods, and furniture at a nominal cost or even for free.

A Community Thrift Store
This unique, non-profit thrift store has been offering compassion and assistance to the needy since 1989. Profits are reinvested in the community through St. Vincent de Paul Conferences or groups, based at four local Catholic churches who entertain requests for help from those in need.
The store has 6,000 square feet of newly renovated floor space packed with a wide array of items…with a special emphasis on clothing for all the family…to the usual household items, to those unique collectibles, and vintage pieces that bring back memories. There are often examples of pre-WWII furniture along with other vintage to contemporary pieces, along with hard-to-find books, unique jewelry, memorabilia, wall art, and knick-knacks. Our St. Vincent de Paul Ruskin Thrift store is proud to be a valued business in the historic town of Ruskin, Florida which was founded in 1908. Our store is a bit tricky to find, located off Hwy 41 behind the St. Anne's Catholic Church.
